From curating Edinburgh food experiences to showcasing global destinations, I bring my audience trusted recommendations alongside standout content. Whether working with local businesses or household names like PepsiCo, IHG Hotels, and UberEats, my goal is to tell authentic stories that resonate.


Launching an online food marketplace in Edinburgh

Brief
DELLI is an online food marketplace from the team behind Depop, with a focus on championing real food, from real people. 

After successfully growing in London and Manchester, it next wanted to break into the Edinburgh market. We partnered to announce its arrival with a bang. 

Drawing on my extensive knowledge of Edinburgh’s food and drink scene, I curated a ‘Made in Edinburgh’ selection box of goodies from my favourite local producers that would be available to purchase on DELLI’S  platform, UK-wide.

We then launched the box - and the brand in Edinburgh - through a social campaign on my and DELLI’s Instagram channels. I also featured on an OOH advertising campaign through billboards across Edinburgh, Manchester and London.

The box sold out within a week, and had to be re-stocked due to high demand – generating the buzz, engagement and momentum that DELLI was aiming for.

Promoting Aotearoa as a must-visit holiday destination

Brief
Here’s a dream job - promoting the beauty and diversity of Aeotora New Zealand to the world.

And that’s exactly what Tourism New Zealand asked me to help them do.

I was one of two UK-based creators selected to travel to the country on a two-week trip, showcasing a wealth of destinations, hotels and food experiences across the North and South Islands.

My series of 16 posts across Instagram and TikTok saw me do everything from designing ideal days out in major cities like Christchurch and Auckland, to showcasing wineries, nature hotspots and unique hotels.

Together, the content generated a reach of 1.3m, helping put Aotearoa front of mind for a UK audience considering their next trip abroad.

Putting foodie day trips on track

Brief
To support ScotRail’s ‘Go By Train’ campaign, I was tasked with showcasing my favourite dining experiences across the country that could be reached in under 15 minutes’ walk from a train station.

My recommendations – spanning lobster rolls in Arbroath to South East Asian specialities in Glasgow – were featured through a vlog-style ‘Come with Me’ reel on Instagram, and a series of guest blogs on ScotRail’s website. 

The video generated a reach of 125k+, and the combined content led to a spike in followers to ScotRail’s Instagram account.
